Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- The item is not on our list of non-returnable items (see below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages, frozen items)
- Health and personal care items
- Clearance or discount sale items
- Opened packaging or damaged goods due to customer handling
- Customized or special-order items
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible.
- Either return at our store First Cash & CarryΒ or our staff will collect from your given destination (Call us at +92-308-2455006).
4. Return & Excahnge
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a week.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- We will arrange replacement or refund after evaluating the product at no additional cost.
